At Pagan Godds, we strive to provide an excellent customer experience. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our return policy ensures that we take care of you. Please read through the following guidelines for a smooth return and refund process.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet certain criteria. The product should be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn, unused, with tags still attached, and in its original packaging. Additionally, you will need the receipt or proof of purchase to process the return.

Return Process

To initiate a return, you can request a return in two ways. First, via email by sending your return request to team@pagangodds.com. Alternatively, you can use the Contact Us page on our website for quicker processing.

Once your request is approved, you will be provided with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how to return the item to us. The return must be sent to our business address: JPXQ+XRP JLPL Industrial Area, Manauli, Punjab.

The return shipping cost will be covered by the company in all cases, ensuring that you're not burdened with return costs. Please ensure the item is in its original, unused state. Any items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

In the event that your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival, we request that you inspect your order immediately. If there are any issues, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the item so we can handle the situation swiftly. Once the returned item is received, our team will conduct an inspection within 20 business days to assess its condition and confirm if a refund is eligible.

Refunds and Store Credit

Refunds are issued in the form of store credit, which can be used for future purchases. This provides flexibility for you to select a replacement item or a different product entirely.

Please note that custom-made products (including personalized or made-to-order items) are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, the quickest method is to initiate a return. Once the return is processed, you can place a new order for the item of your choice.

Sales and Wrong Orders

Sale Items: Unfortunately, sale items are non-refundable unless the item is defective or incorrect due to a fault on the brand's end.

Wrong Order or Size: If you’ve ordered the wrong product or selected an incorrect size, we may not offer a refund. However, we will assess each case depending on inventory status and the order's situation at the time, and we may offer a resolution if possible.

International Orders

For international shipments, any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer and will not be covered by the company. Additionally, international orders are not eligible for returns. We encourage international customers to carefully review their orders before completing their purchase to ensure satisfaction with the items.

European Union (EU) Cooling-Off Period

For orders being shipped to the European Union, you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period under EU law. This means you can cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason, as long as the item is unused, in its original packaging, and with tags attached.

Refund Timeline

Once your return has been processed, the store credit will be issued within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed and you haven't received your store credit, please reach out to us at team@pagangodds.com for assistance.
